Great property with great staff! My husband and I toured here last week and while Heber is a little bit further of a commute for us, we're likely going to sign here because of how great Chantel and Corina were! If you've rented in the last decade, you know how hard it is to find people who actually care about their residents. While helping us review the availability of units, a resident came in and Chantel took care of them promptly (sounded like a renewal question?), while Corina kept helping us! I feel like all these apartments always prioritize new people coming in, but it was great to see that this staff makes it a point to make sure the current residents are taken care of and happy. Can't wait to live here!!

Jay came to my apartment on Friday night (during his dinner out with his family) and stayed beyond the time necessary in order to verify the alarms would not go off. He was very friendly, and professional. And when one of the alarms went off again, he returned to change out the battery again, and stayed to see if the alarm would go off. At 6:30 a.m. the next morning, one of the alarms started chirping. Jay came back on Saturday, changed out the batteries on all 4 alarms again, and stayed to see if the alarms would go off. After living at the Commons for a year I can comfortably give a solid review. Shantel is great, she has an answer for all your questions and I am pretty sure she knows every resident by name. Maintenance has struggled a bit this year with keeping a full staff, but the office has handled it very well. The grounds could use some TLC. Dog park is a nice amenity, the residents are friendly. Overall the Commons is a great & safe place to live in the Heber Valley and the views are unapparelled!

We came across Wasatch apartments and they had reasonable prices and spacious options! Shantel was absolutely a blessing in this case. She made the process so easy for us, kept us in the loop with what was going on, and explained everything clearly. If you get the chance, ask for her!! - 1 Star because Shantel was the only one that actually got up with me. I called the office many times and there was no one there to answer. The complex is only a few minutes out of town, but it feels like living in the country thanks to the wide open spaces in every direction. The apartments are well kept and updated. It’s amazing, also, to have a washer and dryer in unit. There’s plenty of parking and they even offer individual garages which is super helpful in the winter if you don’t enjoy scraping ice off your windshield in the morning. There are biking and hiking trails nearby and it’s only a short drive to park city. If you’re looking for your next happy home, Wasatch Commons is an excellent choice in Heber Valley.

Unfortunately we had to rehome one of our family members because we were only aloud to have 2 pets and that was heartbreaking but with as many apartments that are here and practically every one has at least one dog I can see why they have that rule set in place. They keep the grounds very well maintained and we are very fortunate to call such a beautiful place home. We are right in the middle of two big lakes with all kinds of things to do like kayaking canoeing boating fishing camping hiking you name it it’s there to do if you’re an outdoors person this is the place for you The reason I gave a four star instead of a five stars because I had to get rid of my baby (dog) and because The rent is quite a bit higher than anything I’ve seen. I pay almost $1500 a month in rent for two bedroom two bathroom apartment and just 30 minutes through the canyon my friend peas almost 1100 for a three bedroom two bathroom house.

I’ve been living here for a year. I Really like it. It’s peaceful, the common areas are well maintained and everyone who works here is friendly. When something comes up and is reported, it’s taken care of immediately and efficiently.

I was relocating to the Park City area for a job and did not have the luxury of time to apartment hunt in person before the move. The staff was super helpful and answered all my questions directly and according to my experience to date, honestly. Even the trick question. (Here’s a story I’ll bet you don’t see in any other reviews.) You see, I have worked in the real estate industry for over 30 years, mostly for Boards of REALTORS and their multiple listing services. One thing we stress to all agents, whether sales or rental agents, is that it is either illegal, unethical, or both to discuss aspects of the property that are not about the property itself. Discussions of the demographic composition of a neighborhood can easily devolve into steering or discrimination. I make it a point whenever I’m in the moving process to ask the rental agent something like, “So what’s the mix of renters here look like? Are there lots of kids? Are there many old people like me?” If the answer comes back with anything other than, “Oh, I’m sorry I really can’t talk about that, but I would encourage you to walk around or drive through and see for yourself,” then I turn tail and scoot. If they pass, I explain to the agent why I asked and that I’m not a fair housing tester but if I were the folks at Wasatch Commons would have passed with flying colors. And they did. The staff guided me through the application and signing process all remotely and all as smoothly as I could have asked. When I showed up a week later with my U-Haul truck and my Prius in tow, the keys were ready, the walk through took just minutes, and I was unpacked and moved in quickly and easily. I’m well into my second year here and have absolutely nothing but good things to say about my tenure. I’ve had a couple of maintenance issues: air-conditioning failing in the summer and a one time the furnace quit heating this winter. Calls to the maintenance number are answered immediately and the problems addressed just as fast, even nights and weekends. The maintenance team follows up with direct texts after their visit to make sure things are still working. One weekend morning last month my fridge went on the fritz. Stopped cooling altogether. The team came over within minutes, checked it out, made some adjustments and left. They texted an hour later to see if it was working and when they were told it wasn’t, they were there within a half hour, not with their tools but with an entirely new refrigerator which they swapped out in practically no time. Now that's good service. The complex is well managed. Snow (yes, we get a lot of snow – after all, it is ski country – “The greatest snow on earth.”) is removed by the time you’re up and ready to go to work. Common areas are well maintained. Pool area is always clean, and the grass is always cut. I’ve seen comments in other reviews from people who think the rent is too high, but I can attest that it is well worth what we are paying for and probably about half of what a similar apartment would cost in Park City, just 14 miles up the road, where I work. The 20-minute commute is painless and the savings substantial. No complaints here. All in all, I couldn’t be more pleased with my decision to move into Wasatch Commons. I’ve had zero problems with the neighbors, no noise issues, children are well behaved and vigilantly watched by parents, and universally they clean up after their dogs. DOGS – yes, if you love them like I do but don’t have time to care for one of your own, just stop by the dog park any evening and you can play with everyone else’s puppies. Great fun. For all those reasons, I’m giving Wasatch Commons a five-star rating. You won’t go wrong living here.

My kitchen light went out. I called the main office to report it, and the lady on the other end was super nice and professional. Within an hour, maintenance was at my doorstep. He was in and out in under five minutes, changing the light. The next day, they sent me messages to make sure everything was still in working order. Super professional and timely! Let me first say that I have not lived in an apartment in more than 20 years. Was real nervous renting an apartment. But Wasatch Commons is great. Have only been here a couple of days. The leasing agent was right on top of everything. Had a couple of maintenance issues and they were here within an hour. They made sure I was happy. Wasatch Commons team even took it personal when my gas was not going to turned on until the following day. They called the gas company and I had the service that day. Great team here.

To follow the guy who says all the cars have been broken into- i've been here for a good minute, have a nice car, and havent had a break in ever-neither have our neighbors- idk what building hes in but in ours weve never even heard of that happening... Ok. Time for the actual review. We LOVE living here. The price is more than fair and you get so much space! The dog park is our favorite. My puppy loves meeting all the new doggos and playing with them. In the 10 years ive had her this is by far her favorite place to live. Friendliest neighbors ever. If you need an egg or a cup of milk or a bigger pot i know i can ask any of my neighbors and its soo nice how friendly everyone is! The whole complex is incredibly cleaned and well maintained. It blows my mind how green the grass is because with all the dogs you would think it would be spotted yellow- but its not! Somehow they keep it green! The gym doesnt really have much but its definitely enough to get a good workout in. I havent used the pool/jacuzzi and probably never will for personal reasons but i imagine its as well kept as the rest of the complex I have one of the newly renovated apartments so i have a nice washer and dryer, faux granite countertops, stainless steel sink, and great appliances. The staff is also very kind (especially Scott) Overall its a 10/10 I love living here I plan on this being my home for the next few years Thank you guys for being awesome And to anyone thinking of renting- DO ITT!!

Moving in went great. But 2 days after we moved in, the noise from the apartment above me started. It sounded like a herd of horses was running through the apartment. Management was helpful to the point of threatening eviction if the noise didn't stop. The noise is getting better but still continues. My suggestion to anyone thinking moving in... make sure you ask about the people living above you. I requested a ground level apartment but didn't ask about the behavior of the people upstairs. Otherwise, I would recommend this place. It's well maintained and people are friendly.

Lived at Wasatch Commons for a year. The experience was fairly positive. The apartments we moved into were new so they were very clean and things worked as expected. We did have an issue with the brand new dishwasher after about 8 months but they were able to get it fixed pretty quick. Pros: The administration (specifically Krista & Shantell) are pretty understanding and will work with you as long as you have open communication with them. We had a few issues come up here and there (such as lost keys or mixed up move out dates) and they always worked with us but I think it's important to be proactive about communicating with them. They were always kind during interactions. The maintenance staff (Tom + Ryan) are the absolute best. Tom is a super nice guy who will go out of his way to make everyone in the complex feel comfortable and safe. He always went out of his way to bring dog treats to my dogs as well as other dogs and if any maintenance issues arose he was very prompt with dealing with them. He's the nicest guy and will always take care of anything you need. Easily the single greatest thing about living here is Tom. Fantastic facilities that are well maintained. Pool / Hot Tub + small gym and clubhouse. Cons: - The Highway can be very sketchy to turn out onto (especially southbound) because people tend to speed a lot along that highway. - The apartment inspections seem fairly frequent, they just check the smoke detectors and its pretty quick but if you have pets you'll have to be prepared for that. -In the winter months the ski resorts rent out apartments for their staff for the season. This can be hit and miss. We had some great interactions with the ski folks but also sometimes they'd be loud at night. One time we heard a commotion outside and saw a small crowd around two people who got into a pretty nasty fight. -The internet data package is high and is not optional which is annoying. -Generally expensive. That's pretty much everywhere right now though. Overall it's a pretty good living space. I wouldn't want to call it a long term home but it was fun while it lasted.

Great place to live. Shantel and team have been incredibly responsive to all needs and concerns. Anything that's needed attention, the team has responded with professionalism and attention to detail. This winter was a massive snow year, the maintenance and snow removal team did an excellent job of clearing off and de-icing of sidewalks and parking lots, such a relief with the small kids I have. Wanted to re-emphasize what Tyler said: Yes. we eenewing our lease again for another year here at Wasatch Club! I believe this puts us at our 10 year marker (or More) for living at this property. We currently live in a 2nd floor 2-bed unit with 2 balconies and we absolutely love it and cant think of a better place to call home then here. We used to live just west of our current apartment in a 1 bed, 1 balcony apartment on the 2nd level and loved it just as much but realized the extra space was needed and it surely was worth upgrading. One of the many benefits of living here is the quick response from the management staff and maintenance staff. Overseen by Ashlee and has been for years let me tell ya nothing skips a beat with her at the helm! When there is an issue, concern, or really anything they are on top it fast! The property is very well maintained and always in top shape. The lawncare and greenery grooming is top notch and during the spring and summer its amazing to see the green grass trimmed to perfection at all times and the courtyards are kept clean as ever, and if there is ever any debris laying around we will be part of the many tenants whom take pride in our community and pick it up and throw it away. Renewing our lease again for another year here at Wasatch Club! I believe this puts us at our 10 year marker for living at this property. We currently live in a 2nd floor 2-bed unit with 2 balconies and we absolutely love it and cant think of a better place to call home then here. We used to live just west of our current apartment in a 1 bed, 1 balcony apartment on the 2nd level and loved it just as much but realized the extra space was needed and it surely was worth upgrading. One of the many benefits of living here is the quick response from the management staff and maintenance staff. Overseen by Ashlee and has been for years let me tell ya nothing skips a beat with her at the helm! When there is an issue, concern, or really anything they are on top it fast! The property is very well maintained and always in top shape. The lawncare and greenery grooming is top notch and during the spring and summer its amazing to see the green grass trimmed to perfection at all times and the courtyards are kept clean as ever, and if there is ever any debris laying around we will be part of the many tenants whom take pride in our community and pick it up and throw it away. Our apartment is quiet and we have incredible neighbors to the side and below us. Could not be more happy! I went in on 01/12/18. I have been working with Scott, one of the leasing agents. From the time I started communicating with him via email I felt valued as a prospective resident. I showed up for a showing and immediately Scott stopped what he was doing to help me. He gave me insightful/truthful information and took the time to go over everything. These apartments are a little pricey but definitely are worth it due to the awesome appliances and overall area space of these units. Shantel is very laid back and friendly while still maintaining her professionalism and was extremely helpful in getting us into an apartment quickly and even got us 500 a month off rent. She was able to get us into a new apartment within a day while we were still waiting to sign a lease that was taking wingpointe close to two months to do. I have lived in the Commons for about 8 months and it has been grand! It may be more expensive then most places but the location is amazing for college students like my wife. The community is fair treating of each other and that is amazing. Anytime we have any questions, the office staff is always ready to assist anyway possible. For the most part it's a great place to live. For the price I was expecting a little more sound proofing (not a fan of hearing every conversation that my neighbors have) and top quality appliances, not the bottom bin ones that are currently installed in the units. If these two things weren't ignored, I would definitely leave a 5 star rating. Amenities are nice and the staff is on top of things.

Update: essentially, I'm updating this because, upon seeing my review, they at least called and tried to explain that there was an electrical issue and put a new porch light in. I'm still a little hesitant to give a better review because of the initial lack of explanation and frustration there. Additionally, because the rest of my review still feels valid at this point. Still seeing off leash dogs, still a huge wet mud puddle in the grass from them, etc. They need to use a cup (or something) to spread salt evenly in the winter because it's large huge piles, mostly. I also slipped down the steps again the other day from salt not being spread out early enough in the morning. On a positive note, I do really like one of the office girls. She's been great to deal with and is very friendly. Maintenance comes promplty and they fix issues when needed and the guys are nice. The first few years here were great and the below incident has been one of the only notable issues so far. -------------------------------------------------------------------- I guess I posted my original review too soon. Office staff has gone completely down hill. The light in the stairwell (which is not my or my neighbors responsibility to replace) has been burned out for weeks. I've called twice and have been completely blown off. I get "oh they might be able to fix that today...." Three days now, no changed light. Meanwhile I take my dog out in the pitch black with ice completely covering our concrete stairs (which I've fallen down in previous years due to no salt spread evenly) and numerous delivery issues arise from no light. Since my first review, there is also a pack of unleashed dogs that you can hear fighting with other dogs who have completely torn up the grass near our place.

I have only had to submit 2 service requests and the requests were completed within 24 hrs. So far so good. I've been here for a few months and everything is great. The apartments are very old and some things didn't work at first, but the maintenance came and fixed everything I needed. They're cheap apartments but you get what you pay for. Another thing is the leasing period. I was in a pinch to get the cheapest apartment I could find. My intent was to get by with what I had, but for the 12 month leasing period I am stuck with the cheap. All in all I am satisfied. And if you are looking for a cheap place to live. This is the best "bang for you buck".

I've enjoyed my stay here so far. There's plenty of grass, a pet park, gym, pool, and hot tub. The part mentioned I am in was newly renovated. Pros: central air, great floors, new appliances, counter tops, carpet. The staff in the club house are very friendly, and professional. Scott, Ashley, and Elizabeth are some of the people I've met. Cons: if you're a smoker do not expect to be able to smoke on the patio of your own apartment. If a neighbor complains at all about second hand smoke, you have to smoke 25' away from buildings so no coffee and a smoke for you. Check the toilet tank before you sign the lease. Mine has mold and moss inside of it still, but I signed up for it apparently so although it was addressed, it seems it was after the fact.

Lived here for 3 years while in school and I LOVED it☺️. Great front office staff, great facility staff, fair price and no complaints. Community is well maintained and my apartment was clean and checked yearly. It is definitely not a luxury apartment and has some creaks, but it was perfect for the price and a wonderful secluded retreat space I wanted after a long day at school. Move out was a breeze and they didn’t over charge me in move out costs. I would highly recommend this apartment to low maintenance and relaxed people who don’t want to be bothered to much. May not be the place if you are High maintenance and demanding.

Re: Maintenance Technician: Trinity S I have been a tenant at Wasatch Club coming up on 9 years this May 2018. I have lived here with my partner longer than we have lived anywhere in Texas or Utah. There are many reasons why we call Wasatch Club our home but the "key" to keeping us here or wanting to call this home year and year is how well the community is ran and maintained. Ashlee, TJ and Elizabeth whom are the key to the properties success and have been here for years and have been there for us whenever we needed them and have always been professional but with a personal touch that is hard to find, we simply know that we are being taken care here. There are a few incredibly talented people that work for Ashlee and TJ that help make them keep this place running smoothly and in tip top condition and his name is TRINITY S. He has been on the maintenance team for about a year but recently I met him during a routine service inspection and he was sent out to repair our dishwasher that we thought was a goner for good. Trinity is a people person with incredible talent of fixing things like new. Trinity is one of those guys from just talking with him you know hes good people and trust him in our home anytime they need access (same with the others mentioned) but Trinity had that dishwasher in brand new (or like brand new) working order in less than an hour. He had it disassembled and put back together like a pro. So thank you Trinity, Mario and I appreciate your great attitude and making us feel whatever it may be that we have an issue with is not a problem and has it fixed like a pro. Thanks Trinity!! Thank you Ashlee and TJ for having great people like him on your team and taking care of our home.

Great Location! The staff is awesome. Only 2 things to "gripe" about. During the viewing, the utilities weren't explained very clearly. I almost had no power a month after moving in. For the price, appliances should be MUCH better and more reliable. Still have a stove that burns EVERYTHING if I turn it above 3. Other than those 2 things, it really is a great place! If you're willing to pay the extra $$$, it's a great place!

Small, Cute, Convenient. I rented the second up from the smallest apartment they had. It was small, but fit me and my 2 cats just fine. I had 2 large closets a small bathroom, the sink is outside of the bathroom in the room, which I thought was weird, but it didn't bother me too much. The kitchen was small, I wish there was more counter room, it was hard to get all my food ready with hardly any space, but I managed for about 2 yrs. The stove was a little outdated, and the number were hard to read, but I'm sure if I'd brought it up, they would have replaced them. That was a major positive. I did have a couple leaks from both the bathroom sink, and the kitchen sink, and the pump in the bathroom. But they had maintenance come in the morning, and the issues were resolved quickly. They were mindful of my cats, 1 who likes to try and run out if he can, and they always left the apartment clean. The grounds are really well kept, green, and huge. I loved to take my cat out for a walk every now and then, he really enjoyed it. My neighbor was super friendly, and overall everyone was nice and kept to themselves. The laundry room was open all night, and they have machines that let you pay with debit/credit card, which was super handy since I had no idea where to get quarters other than the bank! The apartments are right around everything, freeway access, Chinese restaurants, grocery stores, and gas stations. As well as bus stops right in front and across the street from the apartments. I personally enjoyed living here, no major complaints or issues.

I lived at Wasatch Club Apartments for 1 year and renewed my lease for another 6 months. Pros-Safe, clean apartment with friendly staff at an affordable price. Maintenance was very prompt and professional. The laundry facility and pool were nice. Cons-Most of my neighbors were nice but there were a decent number of smokers. It’s a dog friendly community and even has a dog park, which is nice. However, not everyone picked up after their dogs. Maintenance did the best you could ask for, I just wish the other tenants would have been more responsible. I moved for work but would not hesitate to live here again. I did notice that rent has increased but that is consistent with the surrounding area.

I am so impressed with Wasatch Commons! We were stuck in a situation where the home we were set to move into fell through and we were stuck without a place to live while we waited to find another home to buy. Shantel sensed my distress (finding a place to rent in Heber is a nightmare) when I called to see if they offered month to month. She then offered me a Home Buyers Lease and just happened to have a 3 bedroom available the next week. Both Krista and Shantel have been so amazing to work with! They answer all my questions and are always so friendly and accommodating. What makes it even better is the awesome maintenance guys Tom and Ryan. I had a few things that were not broken but just a little difficult and they were so helpful. They responded SO fast and fixed everything in a jiffy. They were also so friendly and didn't make me feel silly for calling them out on a FREEZING day to adjust my blinds and replace a hard door handle. The units are so nice and have brand new buildings available now :) The grounds and maintenance are kept so well and very clean. I would absolutely recommend Wasatch Commons!

Wasatch Commons is an amazing place to live in Heber City! Not only are the units beautiful with an incredible view of the mountains, the staff makes this place one of a kind and truly unbeatable. I have never had an apartment complex, landlord or property manager treat me as wonderful as Krista and Shauntel do at Wasatch Commons. They are warm, friendly, and extremely caring ladies that have gone above and beyond to make me feel welcome and a part of the community. Additionally, the maintenance guys are on top of their game! Just last week I had a clogged sink and it was fixed within 3 hours of notifying the office. Thats pretty unheard of in the apartment world. I plan on calling Wasatch Commons my home for as long as I'm in the Heber Valley.

Wasatch Commons is an amazing place to live in Heber City! Not only are the units beautiful with an incredible view of the mountains, the staff makes this place one of a kind and truly unbeatable. I have never had an apartment complex, landlord or property manager treat me as wonderful as Krista and Shauntel do at Wasatch Commons. They are warm, friendly, and extremely caring ladies that have gone above and beyond to make me feel welcome and a part of the community. Additionally, the maintenance guys are on top of their game! Just last week I had a clogged sink and it was fixed within 3 hours of notifying the office. Thats pretty unheard of in the apartment world. I plan on calling Wasatch Commons my home for as long as I'm in the Heber Valley.

These apartments feel a bit pricy, given their size and age, but the location is fantastic. Right on State Street, with easy access to I-15 and I-215, and a multitude of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Maintenance is responsive when I've needed them, and the office staff are easy to deal with as well. The only reason these aren't 5-star apartments is that, at least in the unit I'm in, the floor in the front room gets ridiculously cold. I wouldn't be surprised if it's just vinyl on cement. This sucks the heat out of the entire front room (though the bedroom is fine), making it nearly uninhabitable in Winter without really cranking up the heat. A solid choice is you can afford it, and work in the Salt Lake City area.

There is a reason that it is 4 stars and not 5. I would give it it 5 stars, but I have a complaint. It is not the management they are super amazing. It is not the payments the management team helped us when we had a struggle one month. It is because we have horrible neighbors. The walls are very thin and we can hear what other people say next to us. Their noises are very inappropriate, especially at 5 o’clock in the morning, and at night. I hear them laughing and saying noises that I don’t want to talk about. So I watch tv or listen to music so I can’t hear it. Other than that this apartment complex is great. This is my first apartment and I have no complaints with this complex other than my horrible neighbors.

I have been living at Wasatch Club Apartments for almost a year now and I love it. They are so nice and take amazing care of the grounds and landscaping. Best apartment complex I have ever lived in. There was a day my car broke down in the parking lot and the maintenance guy stayed late trying to help me fix it. Would recommend living here to anyone.

I have lived here for over 5 years and enjoy being here very much. The grounds are well kept and look nice. My apartment is sufficiently spacious & I like the way it's laid out; especially enjoy the view out the floor to ceiling double glass doors in the living room. More kitchen counter space would be nice and easy access to cabinet corner space for better storage. Management is service oriented & always pleasant and friendly. Maintenance staff are very nice and very efficient. Repairs are attended to the same day or next day unless parts need to be ordered and furnished appliances replaced quickly if unable to be repaired. Pool facilities are well maintained and adequate shade provided. I would like to see a dog park installed as some residents do not clean up after their pets. My neighbors have always been pleasant, friendly and quiet. The playground is small and for toddlers and young children only so I'd like to see additional outdoor recreational facilities for older children. Garage facilities are available for extra storage or a car which is a nice option. I feel that I have adequate storage space within the apt. and out on the lanai which also allows a space for relaxing outside on nice evenings.

I am a current resident, we are on a ground floor level and recently had new neighbors move above us, they have 2 kids who literally ALL day from 5:30AM to about 10:30 at night stomp around the entire apt slam doors and cabinets play with the springy door stops bang on the walls, I had to call the police once at 3:30 in the morning once because of it, I cannot believe how inconsiderate these parents are letting their kids run wild, anyway I have went to the office and told them about the situation and nothing seems to be getting rectified, I inquired about moving to a top floor level and for the exact same floor plan the want another 100 per month and a 300 dollar transfer fee, that is REDICULOUS! Just so sad that going home now has to be a chore cause I can never have peace and quiet. However once I put a compliant in to AMC I got a call back within 24 hours and they are moving us to a top floor level keeping rent the same and waiving the transfer fee! Much appreciated so glad they made it right. Though it sucks to have to move the anxiety I got coming home and waking up in the morning from those inconsiderate people above me is worth it.

Great place would of stayed had it not been for the gas prices to and from my work over an hour away. They have more things like internet and TV included. Because of the new management it has been great. The grass is always green and cut, they have monthly or bi monthly inspections in case everything in your apartment is in tact, and most of all the new manager is so nice. The rent is cheap and affordable. Yes, their fees are kinda ridiculous but it is doable. I only have one complaint. The location is near a busy street and leaving the complex is always hard. Other than that it is a good apartment complex to in for new apartment owners.

When we had maintenance issues they were fixed promptly by the two very friendly and respectful maintenance staff members. My kids loved the pool, and it was always well kept.

Pros: -It's pet friendly -Maintenance has been really quick with responding to maintenance requests. -Management has been friendly and accommodating with issues. -There's always a decent spot to park in -The grounds are well maintained and there is a lot of open grassy area -They installed a dog park -Pool and hot tub Cons: -My biggest issue is the cigarette smoke. If you move here, anticipate that everyone and their dogs will smoke inside and outside of their apartment. I get home everyday and the smell of cigarettes has seeped into my apartment. -Unless you have an updated apt. expect that your fridge, dishwasher, and stove will be from the 70's and not energy efficient. -I've had to call in probably 7+ tickets for water leaks. Not sure if this is the norm for everyone. -Despite having nice grounds, the sidewalks flood a lot and they use the sprinklers every single morning while it's in season, meaning the grass is always wet and soggy and puddles form everywhere. Other -In addition to rent, expect to pay about a $90 monthly bill for the grounds maintenance, water & sewer utilities, a parking fee and taxes.

I had such a great experience living here. The staff is excellent. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here that is looking for a higher quality place to live. The view was just truly amazing from my apartment. I lived in a great 2 bedroom on the 4th floor!! My neighbors were so nice and I really enjoyed being able to have such a great community to live in. When it came time to move out the staff was so wonderful & very helpful in many ways. If I ever move back to Heber this is definitely my first choice!

My drive home at night from anywhere in PC was usually 20-25 minutes. I really liked the layout, the hot tub that's open all winter, and the view of Mt Timp that is awesome. Also I'd take my dog right cross the freeway to a dirt road between the farmers' fields and let him chase my truck on the 2 mile straight-away. Really the only thing I didn't like was that the walls are pretty thin, so you can hear neighbors as well as anyone going up or down the stairs. I use earplugs a lot though so I was fine.

My husband and I have lived here for a few months now and we love living here. Our upstairs neighbors are loud but oh well. Nice friendly people never had any issues with rude or intolerance to anyone. I give it four stars because our floors are crappy and are laminate and not real hard wood so everything scraps at it but other than that everything is good. We have had great experiences with maintenance and they have always been prompt and willing to do the work. Some people don't pick up after their dogs but such is life when you live with a ton of people who enjoy animals. Very affordable and close to I215 for easy access to downtown SLC.

2013 review-- I absolutely love it here. It's sad to read the reviews. This place has 360 units and how many bad reviews? That balances out pretty good in my book... You take care of them and they take care of you. I couldn't have asked for a better place to live! 2015 review-- Follow up to my previous review. I still give this place 5 stars. I am still living here and just signed another year lease. (This will be my 4th year) I love the complex and the staff. They are so wonderful to take care of the needs in my unit and my own needs and requests. I never feel like a bother to them. I still believe that if you take care of your unit and your end of things, they will take care of you.

Reasonably affordable apartments in an easy access location! Pet friendly large complex with lots of paths and grassy areas, great for walking your dog. They even provide receptacles and doggie bags. Pool. Playground. Sandy volleyball court. Outdoor basketball court. Other amenities too. Close to shopping and services. Great Sushi place just across the street. Staff is genuinely nice, and anything I've reported to be fixed has been dealt with swiftly. After looking at over a dozen different places, my dog and I chose the Wasatch Club Apartments.

I have been renting with Wasatch Club Apartments for 8 years. Why have I been here so long? (There is quite a list so I hope you are sitting down.) The landscaping is extremely well maintained in the spring and summer. Their snow removal in the winter is remarkable. Shoveling and salting immediately after the storm has impressed me on more than one occasion. The laundry facility not only accepts credit/debit cards so you don’t have to find quarters but has a website that will notify you when your washer or dryer is done with the cycle. They have over 25 washers and dryers not to mention a few big washing machines. I do have a dog and they treat her like she is my child. There are multiple Dog Waste Stations throughout the complex so you can pick up after your pet. The 4 times I have had a problem (keep in mind over 8 years) and nothing major: toilet seat broke, bathroom sink dripped, air conditioner died, and a fuse for the water heater went out. Within a matter of minutes of calling to report the problems the maintenance guys have been over to fix the problem. The pool and work out area are extremely well kept. The Clubhouse is beautiful and has Wi-Fi if you need to use it. They are close to I-15 and I-215 so easy freeway access. They are also close to Fashion Place Mall, restaurants, TRAX, and grocery stores. They have a website set up if you would like to pay your rent online as well. All of the above is reason enough to stay but the icing on the cake (mmm cake) is the staff. You will not find any Apartment Management Staff more caring and generous.

I have lived here for 3 going on 4 years now and have loved it. The apartments are older, sure, which means from time to time there are maintainence issues but they are always resolved in a quick manner. The office staff is friendly and has always gone above and beyond for me with any issue I have had. The location is great- right off of state street and interstate on ramps so it is very convienient and quick for me to get anywhere I am going in the valley.
